I'm currently looking for a foundation that gives me great, full coverage, isn't so expensive, and that I can find at my local drugstore. I used to wear L'Oreal Bare Naturale Mineral foundation and I absolutely loved the coverage it gave me, but I don't have enough money for it at the moment! I just wanted to share that I recently started taking fish oil supplements and it has helped DRAMATICALLY decrease my facial oil production, and consequently I have less breakouts, etc.

I'm not that great at explaining/researching/science but I'm sure if you're interested you can google fish oil + skin you can find what you need.
